Job Responsibilities
- Respond to room guests’ requests in a timely and professional manner.
- In addition, provide general administrative support to the Housekeeping team.
- Finally, follow company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Graduates from a hotel industry training school are preferred.
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience with basic knowledge of all Housekeeping tasks.
- A positive and helpful attitude with excellent telephone manner.
- Previous work experience as a Room Attendant will be an advantage.
- Shift duty is required.
