Role
Under the direct supervision of the Housekeeping Assistant Manager or Housekeeping Supervisor, the Houseperson is responsible for providing a high level of guest satisfaction. The role follows the hotel’s policies, procedures, Standard Operating Procedures Manual, and guidelines set by the corporate office.
Responsibilities
- Understand and follow the Aman Framework, including Ambition, Purpose, Brand Pillars, Values, and Competencies.
- Protect the brand and help ensure that business partners and guests enjoy a high-quality on-property experience in line with Aman culture and Framework.
- Be open to and supportive of new ideas.
- Use resources well to improve productivity and service quality.
- Have full knowledge of stay packages and promotions available to guests.
- Have full knowledge of guest rooms and hotel outlets.
- Have full knowledge of Housekeeping operational systems.
Requirements
- Verbal and written proficiency in English and Japanese.
- Computer knowledge and the ability to work long hours.
- Motivated and able to build a strong team.
