Key Responsibilities
- Greet and help customers in a friendly and professional way.
- Take customer orders correctly and process payments when assigned.
- Prepare, assemble, and serve food and drinks based on company standards.
- Check proper portions, product presentation, and product quality.
- Keep the dining area, kitchen, counter, and work areas clean and sanitary.
- Follow food handling, hygiene, and safety procedures.
- Check inventory and report low-stock or damaged items to the supervisor.
- Help receive, store, and organize supplies and ingredients.
- Handle customer concerns and report issues to the supervisor when needed.
- Follow company policies, standard procedures, and work instructions.
- Help with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and equipment preparation.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Restaurant Supervisor or Manager.
Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Previous restaurant, food service, or customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Must be hardworking, reliable, and willing to learn.
- Able to work well as part of a team.
- Physically able to stand for long periods and perform regular restaurant duties.
