The Post-Construction Cleaner prepares new or renovated spaces for use. The cleaner must clean and detail all areas carefully.
This is a full-time, on-site role in Toronto, ON. Duties include removing debris, dust, and construction residue from floors, walls, ceilings, fixtures, and other surfaces.
Daily tasks include:
- Sweeping and mopping floors.
- Vacuuming and wiping surfaces.
- Cleaning windows, frames, and glass.
- Sanitizing washrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
- Using cleaning chemicals and equipment safely.
- Following site safety rules.
- Reporting damage or hazards to supervisors.
- Working with site managers and team members.
- Meeting deadlines.
- Preparing the property for inspection and occupancy.
Qualifications
- Experience in post-construction or commercial cleaning.
- Experience with dust removal, debris handling, and detailed surface cleaning.
