POSITION OVERVIEW
We are looking for a Cleaning Attendant to maintain club cleanliness. The role also includes managing daily cleaning and deep cleaning checklists.
The Cleaning Attendant will help keep the club welcoming, safe, and healthy.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Cleaning Attendant, you will help create a positive and welcoming environment. You will greet members and guests with a smile and may even give a high-five.
You will help keep the club clean, organized, and “grand-opening ready.” You will follow the cleaning playbook and checklists with a strong sense of urgency.
Your work may include tidying common areas and answering member questions about the company’s offerings. You will take pride in keeping the space clean and energetic while reflecting the Crunch brand.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet all members and guests with a smile and occasional high-five.
- Perform cleaning activities according to the cleaning playbook and checklists.
- Work with a sense of urgency to complete cleaning requirements on time.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Provide knowledge of the Crunch brand and offerings to members and guests when needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to meet performance expectations and an interest in maintaining cleanliness.
- Experience in a service-oriented environment and/or cleaning services is preferred.
- CPR/AED certification is required. It can be obtained within 30 days of hire.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This is a physical role. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. The job may also require standing or bending for long work hours.
