Key Responsibilities
The Maintenance Manager is responsible for ensuring equipment reliability, supporting production efficiency, and maintaining compliance with company quality standards.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Support equipment validation and revalidation activities.
- Verify that equipment and manufacturing processes are properly installed and validated before use.
- Monitor calibrated testing and measuring equipment and report calibration issues.

Job Requirements
Candidates should meet the following qualifications:
- Engineering degree in Mechanical, Electronic, or Electromechanical Engineering.
- Three to five years of experience in a similar maintenance management position.
- Strong written and spoken English proficiency.
- Knowledge of FDA Quality System Regulations (QSR), GMP, ISO 13485, or similar quality standards is preferred.
- Experience managing equipment transfers.
- Strong problem-solving experience.
- Familiarity with common computer software applications.
- Budget administration experience.
