Responsibilities
- Perform general administrative duties including filing documents, organizing mail, and tracking emails
- Receive, track, and respond to incoming phone calls and voicemail messages in a timely manner
- Schedule appointments and maintain accurate appointment calendars
- Communicate professionally with clients, suppliers, and internal team members
- Assist with additional office tasks as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements
- Grade 12 Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED)
- Minimum of 1 year of office or administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
- Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work independently
