Position Summary
- Respond quickly to requests from guests and other departments.
- Fill the cart with supplies and take it to the assigned area.
- Enter guest rooms by following access procedures and checking that the room is vacant.
- Replace guest amenities and supplies in rooms.
- Replace dirty linens and terry items with clean ones.
- Make beds and fold terry items.
- Clean bathrooms.
- Remove trash, dirty linen, and room service items.
- Check that all appliances are present and working properly.
- Straighten desk items, furniture, and appliances.
- Dust and polish walls and furnishings.
- Remove marks from walls and furnishings.
- Vacuum carpets and perform floor care duties in guest rooms, hallways, and other areas.
Follow all company, safety, and security policies and procedures.
- Report maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries.
- Complete safety training and certifications.
- Store flammable materials properly.
- Keep your uniform and personal appearance clean and professional.
- Maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information.
- Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards.
- Anticipate and respond to guests’ service needs.
- Assist individuals with disabilities.
