Landmark Ceramics is a subsidiary of Gruppo Concorde, a leading tile manufacturer based in Italy. We are a state-of-the-art tile manufacturing facility near Mt. Pleasant, Tennessee.
Note: No relocation assistance. Local candidates preferred.
Education & Experience Requirements
- 1–3 years of job-specific and related experience, including forklift experience.
- Must have strong attention to detail and physical capability.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills.
Primary Roles & Responsibilities
- Maintain strong attention to detail.
- Read and compare both alpha and numeric information.
- Use an HMI. Computer proficiency is required.
- Learn and recognize patterns and standards to determine the best skid size to use.
- Determine the best way to position products to maximize efficiency.
- Determine which products can be mixed on a skid and which products require more than one skid.
- Make inventory adjustments and understand what those adjustments mean for inventory if mistakes are made.
- Complete a final QC check on picked products to ensure they are the correct product, quantity, and other required details.
- Perform physically demanding tasks, including bending, stooping, walking, lifting, twisting, and reaching.
- Use an exoskeleton.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
